A Tree for the Playroom

A mural for the Playroom! This mural features a giant tree with a swing,
a clubhouse fort for the boys, a fence in the corner
with an adorable little bird perched on top, and more!
The name Kaitlyn is painted to look as if it's carved right into the tree.

A faux finish was painted on the wall first,
before the stone brick arch and window scene were painted.
This creative client decided to actually have the arched window cut out of the wall and install a real granite shelf!

This hand painted arched window is the perfect touch
for this powder room in Sleepy Hollow, IL.
The photo below shows what it looks like as you approach from the hallway.
In the photo on the right, you can see the details more clearly... like the cracks in the stone. The flowers on the window sill bring just the right touch of color to the room.

About the Artist
That's me, Leslie. I have been painting on people's walls for about 15 years now. I also teach art to home school children through 2 different organizations, as well as private lessons. I teach kids ranging in age from 4 years old to high school level. On a personal level, I am a wife, a mom, and a Christian who seeks to please God (the Ultimate Artist!) in all that I do. I strive to exceed my client's expectations.
